Although she studied engineering with aspirations to be a product designer, her journey took a unique turn. While home during the Covid lockdown with her newborn, she began crafting dioramas from old Amazon boxes. This hobby evolved, leading her to explore watercolor, gouache, and now mainly acrylics. Her work is full of playfulness and joy, a prompt of adventures and places. Eleanor Baker follows an intuitive creative approach, usually letting her spontaneity lead. Time constraints challenge her the most, yet her passion remains alive. Primarily using acrylic on canvas, she also experiments with spray paint and photo collages. She makes every place look magical by adding colors and her special touch."
